PPG SIGMACOVER 380 is a universal anticorrosive epoxy primer/coating specifically designed to meet yard demands for a PSPC-approved product to protect key areas such as water ballast tanks. It is suitable for application all year round, at new-build stage, in dry dock or for onboard maintenance.

PPG SIGMAPRIME 800

PPG SIGMAPRIME 800 is a universal epoxy anticorrosive based upon pure epoxy technology, suitable for ballast tank, superstructure, top side, deck, external underwater with good abrasion resistance for dedicated areas of application. It is also suitable for use on wide range of substrate with good chemical & crack resistance

PPG SIGMA SAILADVANCE™ DX

PPG SIGMA SAILADVANCE DX is a premium antifouling which is based on linear self-polishing antifouling based on organic hydrolysable polymer binder, designed for broad operational ranges. This offers a self-lubrication and self-release mechanism resulting in low friction and idle time tolerance. Also, enhances self-smoothing capabilities to give optimal hull roughness reduction.

PPG SIGMA SAILADVANCE™ RX

PPG SIGMA SAILADVANCE RX is the latest addition to the range. This antifouling is based on self- release binder technology build on the CSP (controlled surface active polymers) inside. This offers a self-lubrication and self-release mechanism resulting in low friction, idle time tolerance and fuel savings.

PPG SIGMAGLIDE 1290

Based on a 100% pure silicone binder system, the SIGMAGLIDE 1290 product utilizes a breakthrough dynamic surface regeneration technology to eliminate slime problems and dramatically increase speed and power throughout service when compared to traditional fouling release products.

SIGMAGUARD CSF 585

SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 is a two-component solvent free, amine cured epoxy coating. Best solution for tank coating for drinking water. It reduced explosion risk and fire hazard and also with good visibility in confined space due to light Colour. It is approved for drinking water by : KIWA Holland.

PPG NOVAGUARD 810ER

This two-component, solvent-free, amine rapid-cured novolac epoxy coating is the first coating to be approved by the NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND for all major lining tank applications. Our proven coating system has been tested and approved for extremely demanding ballast and fuel tank applications.

SIGMAGUARD 720 is a two-component, high-solids, polyamine-cured coating which provides excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals. It is suitable for use at low temperatures and is fast-curing, reducing labour time.

PPG PHENGUARD 965

The PPG PHENGUARD 965 product is a three-coat tank lining system that was developed to meet the increasing demands for a product that had a wide application window, easy-to-clean surface and the ability to be applied and to cure at temperatures down to 5°C (41°F)
